Air mass flow sensor sourcing for intake metering packages

Airmeasure Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help importers, distributors and service networks collect factory quotes for automotive air mass flow sensor assemblies, housings and related connector harnesses. Share sensor structure, housing diameter, pin count, calibration documents, engine code, quantity and destination for supplier review. We do not manufacture sensors, hold inventory or treat matching housing shape as interchange.

Known requirements

Record sensor structure (plug-in insert versus housing assembly), housing diameter, connector pin count, engine code, OE reference used only for identification, quantity and US destination state or ZIP. Optional target budget may use USD on a per-piece or total-order basis.

To be confirmed

Supplier packing list, calibration or application documents, sample terms, Incoterms, freight, taxes and service costs stay open until a named producer replies. Matching intake-tube appearance is not vehicle fitment.

Fitment information to supply

Vehicle and engine

Record model year, make, model and engine code; identify unresolved fitment. An air mass flow sensor catalog title alone does not prove the sensing element matches that intake tract and control strategy.

Position and interface

Confirm housing diameter, mounting orientation, connector pin count and lock structure, and whether the offer is an insert-only probe or a complete housing assembly. Matching photographs of a mass flow air sensor are not confirmation of calibration scope.

Quantity and packing

State pieces per vehicle and whether a pigtail, wiring harness segment, seals or clamps belong in the packing unit. A mass air flow sensor with housing is a different line item from a plug-in insert alone.

Destination and timing

Provide destination ZIP and requested delivery window. Sample, production and freight timing stay on the quotation; they are not implied by this website.

Continue with housing and insert options or wholesale quote coordination.

Before committing to an order

Can a matching name prove fitment?

No. Ask for the vehicle application, engine code, housing diameter, connector pinout and calibration or application documents. A familiar housing outline without those fields stays pending.

Is a quote required to inquire?

No. A target budget in USD per piece or for the whole order is optional. Quantity, destination and specification still define the request even when you have not collected competing prices.

Can lead time be assumed?

No. Sample timing, document release and transport to the destination ZIP belong in the supplier response. This service does not publish stock or factory calendars.

Does a supplier document certify our service?

No. Calibration sheets, material statements and warranty wording apply only to the stated sensor, batch and destination. They do not become Airmeasure Sourcing credentials.

How a sourcing request moves forward

Clarify

Resolve insert versus housing assembly intent, engine code, housing diameter, pin count, calibration documents requested and whether a pigtail or harness segment ships with the unit. Flag diagnostic cleaners and industrial flow meters as outside this site scope.

Request

Ask suppliers for comparable quote scope: product photographs, housing drawing or insert identification, connector specification, application listing, sample terms and packing unit.

Review

Align unit cost, harness accessories, freight, taxes and service fees before ranking offers. Compare OEM-labeled versus aftermarket statements only when the supplier discloses provenance for the quoted goods.

Confirm

Record the accepted specification, remaining open questions and each party’s shipment responsibility. Unverified interchange claims stay unmarked as approved.

What to send

Vehicle and engine code, sensor structure, housing diameter, pin count, calibration documents requested, quantity and destination.
